Standard Clothing Returns

We offer a 7-day refund policy for all standard clothing items.

  • The Timeline: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Final Sale: Once the 7-day window has passed, all sales are considered final, and we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags still attached.

Mystery Boxes

Please note that all Mystery Boxes are sold as-is.

  • 100% Final Sale: Due to the nature of the surprise and the significant value offered, all Mystery Box purchases are final.

  • No Exceptions: We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any Mystery Boxes or the individual items contained within them.

How to Initiate a Return

If you are within your 7-day window for a standard clothing item:

  2. Provide the name of the item(s) you wish to return.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Note: Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
